According to Article 17 of the "Regulations on Environmental Protection Management of Construction Projects," construction units shall accept the environmental protection facilities, prepare an acceptance report, and, except for cases requiring confidentiality according to national regulations, legally disclose the acceptance report to the public. According to Article 11 of the Announcement on the Issuance of the "Interim Measures for Acceptance of Environmental Protection upon Completion of Construction Projects" (Guohuan Guihuanping [2017] No. 4), the acceptance report shall be made public within 5 working days of its completion, and the public notice period shall not be less than 20 working days. The completion acceptance report for environmental protection of the Huakong (Suzhou) Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. equipment sales and the addition of two industrial CT units project has passed the completion acceptance of environmental protection facilities in May 2025 and obtained the acceptance opinion of the acceptance group. Construction Content: To facilitate the display and promotion of the company's main business of CT in-situ loading platforms and SEM loading platforms, Huakong (Suzhou) Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. has set up two industrial CT units in its operating premises—the detection center room in the north of the first-floor factory building of Depu Intelligent Technology Industrial Park at No. 2888, Bei Ku, Fenhu National Road, Lili Town, Wujiang District, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province. These units are used for X-ray non-destructive testing of various service conditions such as simulated thermal-mechanical coupling for materials such as metals, ceramics, and minerals, and to view real-time projections, temperature curves, and load curves to obtain true stress-strain curves, helping users to comprehensively and accurately study the mechanical behavior of samples in actual environments. In addition, due to business expansion needs, Huakong (Suzhou) Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. simultaneously acts as an agent for the sales of these two same models of industrial CT units, with an annual total sales volume of approximately 5 units. This does not involve on-site debugging and maintenance of the sales equipment. This project has 6 radiation workers, all of whom are certified after passing the radiation safety and protection knowledge assessment. The project currently operates 300 days a year, with one shift per day, 4 people per shift, 2 people per equipment, and an 8-hour working time per shift. The maximum continuous exposure time per unit per day is 480 minutes.

(3) Main Pollutants and Pollution Control Measures
This project does not produce radioactive wastewater, waste gas, or radioactive solid waste during operation. During the high-voltage beam emission of the industrial CT unit, the generated X-rays will ionize the air, producing a small amount of ozone (O3) and nitrogen oxides (NOX), which are discharged through the ventilation system.
