The in-situ low temperature module is a miniature refrigeration instrument developed independently by Huakong Test for use in imaging systems such as SEM and optical microscopes. It is an efficient refrigeration device and Huakong's original liquid nitrogen refrigeration environment module. The lowest temperature can reach -150℃, the cooling speed is fast, and the sample is cooled evenly. It can cover all types of test materials. It has the characteristics of compact structure, light weight, small size, and fast cooling. This module can be used independently or integrated in the in-situ tester to realize force/thermal field coupling testing.
