    Main features:
    High-temperature and low-temperature modules can be expanded, and the temperature range
    is from -150℃ to 1500℃ to achieve high and low temperature testing;
    the fixture has a rotation function to adapt to the different needs of SEM and EBSD detection;
    the side opening structure design of the main unit allows the EBSD probe to be closer to the sample, thereby obtaining a clearer image.
