Job Responsibilities :

1. Assist sales staff to maintain good customers;

2. Input, check, organize and archive orders;

3. Arrange customer orders, meet customer needs, respond to delivery dates and arrange shipments in a timely manner;

4. Check the accounts of customers and follow up the collection of payment from customers;

5. Assist the company in providing after-sales service.

Job Requirements :

1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above;

2. Computer level 2 or above, English level 4 or above is preferred;

3. Proficient in using Office software;

4. Be clear and good at communication.
